Frequently Asked Questions

Who should attend?
Anyone in or around the ETA ecosystem: current and prospective searchers, operators who have already acquired a company, investors, lenders, advisors, and MBA students exploring the path.

How much are tickets?
General admission is $200. Current students with a .edu email address can register for $50. The happy hour is a $35 add-on for all attendees and can be selected during registration. If you can only make the happy hour, you can register for a Happy Hour Only ticket for $35. Student tickets are for current students only, so please bring your student ID to check-in.

When and where is the conference?
Saturday, November 14, 2026 at Klarman Hall on the Harvard Business School campus in Boston, with some sessions in nearby campus buildings. Check-in opens at 8:00 AM and programming runs through the late afternoon.

When is the happy hour?
Friday, November 13, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, the evening before the conference. The happy hour will be in the Williams Room in Spangler Hall on the HBS campus.

How do I get there?
Parking on campus is limited. If you drive, the campus parking rate is $11 on nights and weekends (cash, check, or credit card). Rideshare is the easiest option, or take the Red Line to Harvard Square and walk about 15 minutes across the Anderson Memorial Bridge.

Can I get a refund?
Yes, through Tuesday, November 10 at 11:59 PM ET. Log in to the conference site with the email you registered with, click Cancel Registration, and we'll refund your ticket within a few business days. After November 10, tickets are non-refundable, but you can still transfer your registration to someone else. Email Chris Weathers at cweathers@mba2027.hbs.edu or Surya Viswanathan at sviswanathan@mba2027.hbs.edu with the new attendee's name and email and we'll take care of it.

Will sessions be recorded or photographed?
Sessions will not be video recorded, and the conference is in person only. Photographers will be taking photos throughout the conference. Your presence and name may be captured and may appear in photos used by the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition Club in publications, on websites, and across social media platforms.

I am interested in sponsoring. Who do I contact?
Contact Surya Viswanathan, our Sponsorships Lead, at sviswanathan@mba2027.hbs.edu.

Where to Stay

Harvard Business School sits on Soldiers Field Road in Allston, directly across the Charles River from Harvard Square. The conference does not hold a room block, so book directly with the hotel. A few options close to campus:

  • The Atlas Hotel (40 Western Avenue, Allston): new this year and right across the street from campus, about a 5 to 10-minute walk to Klarman Hall.
  • DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston-Cambridge (Soldiers Field Road, Allston): about a 20-minute walk along the river.
  • The Charles Hotel (Harvard Square, Cambridge): about a 15 to 20-minute walk across the Anderson Memorial Bridge, with the most restaurants nearby.
  • Sheraton Commander Hotel (Cambridge, near Harvard Square): just north of Harvard Square, about a 25-minute walk or a short rideshare.
  • Courtyard by Marriott Boston Cambridge (Memorial Drive, Cambridge): further down the river, so plan on a short rideshare to campus.

Rideshare from Logan Airport takes 20 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. The Harvard Square Red Line stop is about a 15-minute walk to Klarman Hall.
